These terms govern the use of rhealiz.com, published by Rhealiz SASU (6 bis rue Galvani, 75017 Paris, France — SIREN 106 695 182, R.C.S. Paris). By using the site, you accept them.
1. Purpose of the site
rhealiz.com presents Rhealiz's activity — personalized gut-microbiome programmes, currently under development — and allows visitors to join a waitlist and complete an orientation questionnaire. No product is sold on the site at this time.
2. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and creates no purchase obligation. It provides launch updates. Any position number shown is indicative. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email or by writing to hello@rhealiz.com.
3. No medical advice
The site's content, including the orientation questionnaire and its results, is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a consultation. The orientation is an informative starting point, not a health opinion. For any medical question, consult a healthcare professional.
4. Use of the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to disrupt its operation: no abusive automated access, no intrusion attempts, no misleading use of its content. Email addresses you provide must be your own.
5. Intellectual property
The site's content (text, trademark, logo, visuals, structure) is the property of Rhealiz SASU or used under licence. Reproduction for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited. Referenced scientific publications (DOIs) remain the property of their respective publishers.
6. Personal data
The processing of data collected via the site (email, orientation questionnaire answers) is described on our Privacy page. Legal basis: explicit consent. Your rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability) can be exercised at hello@rhealiz.com.
7. Liability
The site is provided “as is” during a pre-launch phase. Rhealiz strives to keep published information accurate but does not guarantee the absence of errors or the site's continuous availability. Rhealiz cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site.
8. Changes to these terms
Rhealiz may modify these terms at any time, in particular at commercial launch. The applicable version is the one published on this page, with its update date. Substantial changes will be notified to waitlist members.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute regarding their interpretation or performance falls, absent amicable resolution, under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris.
